Joke of the day.

Last night my grandmother was actually talking to me while I was watching tv. She said she asked my grandfather to make coffee for her in the morning. So I started to think what was so funny cause she had already started to laugh. I couldn't make out her sentences because she spoke then laughed.. spoke then laughed.. So finally, when I heard what happened, I burst out in laughter. Apparently, when my grandfather wanted to take fresh milk from the fridge to add it in her coffee.. He took out the mango juice instead and poured a little to the coffee. Haha.. my grandfather found it weird that the milk had such a funny colour and smell and it was only then that he realised it was mango juice. Lol.. my grandmother sure enjoyed her mango coffee!

Hmmm.. I am sleepy. Shoulders too are aching from carrying my heavy bag. Thanks to lecture notes and tutorials that are so thick. Anyway, had nice korean food at Orchard with Shiya and Clarice. Then did a little window shopping before heading back home. Came out of Serangoon MRT and saw the grey and gloomy sky. It had a nasty temper and it gave me the scare. The thunder and lightning was freaky. The intervals of the lightning was like 2-3 secs apart and they really lit up the sky. Walking to the bus interchange was like a disaster. My hair was all over the place. The wind blew the rain in and I was wet. The path was flooded and bottom of my jeans were soaking. I was so afraid I would fall too as the path was a little downward sloping and slippery. Zzzz.. at that time I just wanted to reach home fast!

Don't feel like doing anything now. Zzzz.. just wanna slack. But not for long......

Woke up at 6.35am! Zzzzz..

Just hate morning lectures. Oh well, but I will get used to it. Before I know it semester 2 will be over. Just like TEP, it's over. So think positive.

I must admit some lectures can be interesting. Definitely important and useful in business aspects. Hmm.. can start to feel that work and projects will soon pile up. Gotta get ready for it.

For now, I better enjoy myself while I still can. Haha.. I think when projects come in, there will be little or no time at all for slacking or relaxtion.

Anyway great bowling and pool session today. Played a bowling game with size 5 shoes which was really tight! My toes were like slighly curled in. Well, took over from Shiya actually. Better still, before me, Chalven managed to squeeze his feet for 1 throw. Heh heh.. I scored 115! Not bad, considering not playing in ages. :p As for pool, pretty good games as well. We have certainly improved. :x

I am so tired.. I actually dozed off during a lecture. Found it quite hard to stay awake.

Yes so happy that com is so much faster after upgrading the RAM. Was at Sim Lim yesterday to get some stuffs. Haha new flat monitor too.. Niceeee.. =P

Anyway, school has started. Classical means back to lectures and tutorials. Still getting used to it. I mean what can you expect after 28 weeks of TEP and what's more it is a new class now. Got some lame and boring teachers.. zzz.. Hmm.. will only know all the teachers after the end of the week.

Well, one tutorial ended early today so we had a even longer break. 7 of us then went to grassroots to play pool and photohunt. Haha.. just to pass time.

Ok, I better sleep soon.. Tomorrow's lesson starts at 8am. Oh great.

Finally 26 weeks is gone. TEP has come to an end.

Friday was CRMSC's farewell. Well, I won't really say it was a farewell cause 5 people went only. Haha.. thinking CRMSC is small enough and not everyone went. But that was predictable. So it was just Jack, Pui Lin, Avelina, Eileen and me.

We chose to dine at Pepper Lunch! Yup, I have been hearing from so many friends that the food there is great and I got the chance to try it myself. The queue was long but it didn't take that long before it was our turn. I had the chicken and steak combo and it's nice. Food is served on a hot plate and we get to cook it and add our own sauces. Interesting. Highly recommended!

Next we all decided to sit down and chit chat for a bit so we wanted to have a drink at Coffee Bean. Went to Paragon's Coffee Bean but it was packed so went down instead and tried Starbucks. Starbucks was packed too and then we walked a bit and just settled for Chocz. It was empty and the seats look comfortable so we just decided to give it a try. However, we seriously regretted. Service was bad and utterly miserable. Our drinks took ages to arrive. Avelina didn't get a teaspoon. What's worse, the waiter spilled my Latte and some drops landed on my T-Shirt. ARGH! It will be my first time there and it will be the last.

Anyway, going to miss CRMSC days. Haha.. did mystery shopping, reports to be done and went through the torture of calling to do surveys. Good learning experience in a way. Hahaa.. And I guess will also miss getting crazy with PL. Those SPSS days..

Hmmm.. time is like a bullet train. School's starting. Time table is alright I guess. There's good and bad. But just love the good part that there is no school on Fridays.. Muahaha.. lots of people are jealous.

Down with flu and have a headache. Zzzzz..

It started yesterday when I had a runny nose all day. Today got up feeling terrible and then I decided to take a rest at home.

Was basically sleeping at home after I went to see the doctor and had lunch. Took a nap at 2pm and it became a long, long sleep. I just couldn't open my eyes and so I just shut it and decided that I shall give my body a good rest.

Think I slept for about 4 hours. Woah.. And now I am doing to back to sleep again? Think the medication does make you feel drowsy...

Hope to feel energized and well again tomorrow.

Yes here are the pics taken on Sunday.! Went out with Jacqueline for a few games of pool. The pics are not in order though.. Kinda messed up but too lazy to change and arrange. Anyway, there are so much more we have taken but I won't put them all in. Too lazy and it will take a long time.

I have been doing SPSS for the M1 Client project these few days. Pui Lin and I have been keying in data in cc1 and I think we are going mad. Most of the time I will read to her the values and she will key it in. We do take turns but I think I still prefer reading because keying data and looking at the computer screen makes me fall asleep.

And doing SPSS makes you go mad. Haha seriously PL and I are acting crazy in cc1. Talking crap and drawing nonsense on the piece of paper we use to wrap around the thick stack of surveys. We gotta complete keying in 400 surveys by tomorrow. We are probably close to 300 or so.

Anyway I left school at around 4pm with Clarice as I took flexi and went to TTSH to visit Shamimi. She's looking so much better! Saw the glow in her face and that's great. I am glad that she's fine and all happy and cheery again. :)

Yeah.. busy busy busy.. Ms Sabrina Ng gave us a new survey to look through and it looks like that is a need to start doing survey calls again. This time it is on internet usage. It's only about a week left to the end of TEP but projects still keep coming in? Oh well..

Better stop, I got a summary report to finish! Ciao..

Everything came so suddenly.

Like a few days ago was still talking to Shamimi. Then the next moment heard she fell from the bed and hurt her head. Was admitted to hospital and fortunately, heard that it was nothing too serious. But then again, heard she got a relaspse and now, she seems to be in critical condition and under ICU.

Hope everything is all right. Everyone will be praying for your speedy recovery, Shamimi!
